We Offer The positon requires an individual who can provide technical support to our Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) operations team.
The individual will focus on designing and developing reports for client and business needs and will also assist with overall management of the platform implementation of upgrades, platform enhancements and resolving business issues with vendors and business teams.
Primary Responsibilities : Provide technical support on Investran and Crystal Reports platform for our PERE operations team Design and develop reports to support our business needs Investran and Crystal Reports Subject Matter Exponert (SME) for client on-
boarding, fund launches, system and operational changes Support co-ordination, testing and implementation of platform enhancements, upgrades and other platform improvements User guide documentation for business processes and complex accounting custom solutions such as Active Templates and Transaction Upload tool on Investran Assist in the definition of business requirements and workflow documentation Experience in providing quick turnarounds on business critical issues by escalating, allocating issues and working in co-
ordination with infrastructure team, vendors and business Identify, evaluate and implement new technology solutions to improve operating model Writing test scripts and executing quality assurance and user acceptance testing Providing user front end training and support, including documenting written procedures Support on-
boarding and setup of users You Offer : Substantial technical Investran and Crystal Reports experience, preferably in a IT Support or Business Consultant capacity.
Experience of working in an Investment or Fund Operations business Strong MS Excel skills / VBA is a requirement and SQL experience A dedicated problem solver with good attention to detail and analytical skills.
Desire to learn is required Superb communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills Solid project management skills Private Equity Fund Accounting experience is an advantage Education Undergraduate or graduate degree in the following fields : Accounting / Finance / Computer Information Systems / Management of Information Systems Fluent in English (oral and written), French / German is a plus During the recruitment process candidates will be requested to provide with a criminal record extract for background screening purpose.
