specialist approach. To support our growing Institutionaland Wholesale Distribution (IWD) organisation, we are strengtheningour team and have a permanent position open within our Client Servicingdepartment in Luxembourg.

Your main role will be to support our Germanspeaking Sales forces and institutional clients.

The offer

As part of your role,you will gain knowledge on the client servicing and sales support area, as wellas insight into the value chain of an asset manager. What you’ll be doing :

  • Develop and maintain relationship with our German speaking sales colleagues and provide them with proactive service
  • Take care of all requests and queries coming from institutional clients (e.g. international wealth management professionals, private banks, global custodians and execution platforms, retail banking organisations, external asset managers) in close co-
  • operation with internal stakeholders such as our Product Management, Legal, Fund Reporting and Marketing departments

  • Look after all sales supportive tasks e.g. the planning, organisation and execution of road shows, client events, fairs and mailing campaigns
  • Co-ordinate client distribution contracts, Operation memorandums and account set ups with Transfer Agency and our AML and Legal Departments
  • Maintain client information in the CRM system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, according to the guidelines, and monitor the timely execution of client requests

  • Good knowledge about the Value chain of Investment Funds
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the Fund Distribution or Asset Management area
  • Excellent command of German both written and spoken, fluent in English
  • Self-starter, well organised, multi-tasking with the ability to set priorities and handle problems in a calm and efficient manner
  • Service minded with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Dynamic, proactive, stress resistant who enjoys working in an international, challenging environment
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
