You will support various teams (AML / KYC - Independence) within our Compliance department following the implementation of new tools and updated processes related to new regulation.
Your main responsibilities will include :
Encoding data in our centralised tool and scanning;
Client Information research;
Filing documents into our internal tool;
Ensure respect of internal procedures;
Support the implementation of efficient, reliable and high-quality processes;
Various support to team members;
Diverse administrative tasks.
You hold a post Bac degree (Bachelor, BTS, DUT) or equivalent administrative diploma;
You have a first experience (including internships) in an administrative work;
You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office;
You are well-organized and able to deal with deadlines;
You have a high sense of confidentiality;
You are rigorous and highly attentive to details;
You have good communication skills and you are able to work in teams;
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. German is an asset.
