Your future responsibilities In order to support our growing organisation, we are looking for an collaborative and proactive person for a internship position in our Business Management team which consists of 9 people.
The team is responsible for a diverse range of support activities such as management reporting and client insights, support activities for IWD management and regulatory and marketing control provided to the different departments of NAM’s Institutional & Wholesale Distribution (I&WD) division.
What you’ll be doing on a daily bais : Processing of invoices, credit notes, staff credit card statements and underlying agreements.
Supporting meeting- and event organisation in Luxembourg as well as off-site General administration Collaboration in other projects (ad hoc) The role will consist mostly of on the job hands-
on training supported daily by helpful team members.
This is a good opportunity to get a first experience in administrational tasks.
