Our client is a premium service company in continual growth and is recruiting a Customer Support Agent (M / F) to reinforce their team in Luxembourg.

Your will be directly reporting to the Manager of the Customer Relationship Department and you will have the following responsibilities : -

Advise the clients and always find the best solutions to their requests - Maintain and update client records - Make reservations and ensure a follow-

up with the clients - Recommend improvements which will impact customer service procedures for your department - Maintain a good relationship with loyal customers and ensure new clients get the best possible service -

Provide back-up support to your colleagues Your profile : - A first successful experience (1-3 years) in a similar position is required.

Alternatively, you show proven record of having worked with high profile clients, for example in the hospitality sector -

You have professional and clear communication skills and you are able to build rapport with a client quickly over the phone -

You are client-oriented and you work well in a team environment - You are detail-oriented - You enjoy working flexible hours (early and late shifts and weekend) -

You are fluent in English and French.
