  • Help to the improvement of the CERT capabilities
  • Identify gaps into the current team
  • Propose a solution to fill the gap (new / modification of tools / processes)
  • Realize a Proof Of Concept (POC) of the proposed solution to measure it effectiveness
  • Present the result to the team and management
