Brown Brothers Harriman is recruiting an internship student to support our Human Resources department in Luxembourg. Working as part of the local HR team and Global Talent Acquisition Team you will gain exposure to the full life-

cycle of the internal and external recruitment process including employer branding, talent pipelining, competency based interviewing and candidate management.

This is your chance to be part of a well established, international HR team that operates across multiple locations.

If you are successful in your application you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Managers in Luxembourg and Dublin and have regular interaction with employees in other global locations.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Collating interview feedback for internal and external applicants
  • Coordinating interviews ensuring an outstanding candidate and client experience
  • Coordinating competency based interview training workshops
  • Assisting with building candidate pipelines for vacancies in multiple European locations
  • Playing an active role in the seamless on-boarding of new hires
  • Providing updates to the ministry of employment (ADEM) and recruitment agencies on the firm’s open positions
  • The internship will last four and a half months, starting as soon as possible.

    Qualifications :

    1. Education level and / or experience

  • The internship must be a requirement for you to complete your Bachelors degree / Masters degree in Finance or HR, or other related field
  • 2. Knowledge and skills

  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, French and / or German are a plus
  • 3. Other

  • You must be eligible to work in Luxembourg (EU Passport holder or a student visa)
  • We are looking for a true team player, with excellent communication skills and previous experience of working in an international environment.
