As a major service provider in Luxembourg, PwC answers to Requests for Proposal relating to audit, tax and advisory matters.
Our potential clients are companies of both the private and the public sector.
You will be part of a dedicated team to support the proposal process and will work closely with experts.
As a Project Coordinator (m / f), you will :
Manage the proposal process, mainly for the audit department, throughout the proposal life-cycle (from analysis of the requirements to physical submission);
Embed firm methodologies and make sure they are widely used;
Deal with the various stakeholders, input and deadlines as well as necessary searches (CVs, references, best practices);
Constantly look for new ways of presenting proposals (both content and layout);
Update and improve the various supporting tools and methods;
Challenge the business stakeholders to structure the proposals.
You hold a Bachelor Degree with a Marketing, Economic or Financial orientation;
You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a complex and international environment;
You have very good project management skills, including capacity to manage several projects simultaneously;
You are computer literate (especially MS Office);
Knowledge of proposal process is an asset;
You are fluent in English and French;
You are results-driven with excellent organisational skills;
You are able to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines;
You are used to adapt to various hierarchy levels and behaviours.
