What is the opportunity?

The PCS Corporate Services team is a centre of expertise that provides support to RBC I&TS Private Capital business by managing funds corporate activity.

The mandate covers external client activities such as domiciliation and corporate secretary as well as bank internal governance and regulatory obligations document review and management but also internal client support, training and best practises in the setting up phase or during the life cycle of a fund.

The Senior Analyst role is highly client facing as PCS Corporate Services team is exposed to multiple external stakeholders such as the client itself but also law firms, CSSF, auditors, external service provider etc.

What will you do?

  • Review and coordinate the internal review of the fund documentation of investment schemes where RBC I&TS offers Administrative and / or Custody services with the aim to ensure that the fund documentation complies with the relevant legal framework, RBC I&TS policies and RBC I&TS operational models and deals with the day-
  • to-day administration of the domiciled companies.

  • Support and assist RBC I&TS business lines in relation to set-up questions, legal framework update and issues linked to the interpretation of the documentation in liaison with the fund representatives if and when necessary
  • Mitigation of legal risk in performing fund review in liaison with business lines
  • Ensure that client Board meetings and AGM are prepared and documented and that minutes are produced and that statutory filing deadlines are met (with CSSF, Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register)
  • Participate to internal projects
  • Train junior people in the team
  • Build a cohesive team spirit by establishing and communicating a shared vision and sense of purpose for the team
  • What do you need to succeed?


  • Master degree and minimum 2-5 years experience in the Luxembourg Real Estate / Private Equity Funds area and domiciliary activities, including corporate secretarial services
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund regulations and Luxembourg Commercial Companies Law having an impact on Luxembourg Investments Funds / Have a very good understanding of funds operational services
  • Client centricity attitude
  • Excellent command of the English language and MS Offices
  • Excellent communication skills, structured and pragmatic, organisational agility
  • Nice-to-have

  • Superior interpersonal skills and networking capabilities with clients, industry associations, business leaders, colleagues and staff
  • Able to handle important workload i.e.
  • demonstrate high level of accuracy and work productivity
