Recruitment circumstances and job description :

  • End-user support : provide on-site technical support for software and hardware installs, hardware moves, add or changes of hardware / software
  • Provide mobile device support
  • Resolve printer issues such as connectivity issues and printer maintenance
  • Provide desk-side assistance to executive staff
  • Writing and / or editing existing procedures
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Log Incident tickets within ticketing tools
  • Follow internal procedures to ensure standardized support
  • Required profile :

  • Degree in Computer Sciences
  • A first experience as End-user Support Technician
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills (Hardware and Software)
  • Proficient with Messaging Systems, Office, Windows OS
  • Experience with ticketing tools will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work in autonomy and within a team
  • Basic networking skills
  • Pedagogue, you have a very good capacity to transfer your knowledge
  • Customer service oriented
