Your mission

The Relationship Manager (RM) prime responsibility is to :

  • Actively manage and develop the relationship of an assigned client base
  • Assume the back-up role of a team mate
  • Maintain existing revenue and improve direct contribution
  • Manage the organic development of the account, e.g. new fund launches and service expansion with Client Visionupdates in terms of revenues
  • Full ownership of KYC / AML documentation for all clients under management
  • Negotiation of the agreements with the support of the legal team
  • Participation to the Board meetings of the funds
  • Follow up of the credit lines requests
  • Define and update Client relationship governance with Client Lines heads or local liaisons, the GRMs and with the Client Team if any
  • Plan and organize regular Client meetings and visits with detailed agendas and call memos in Client Vision
  • Be the key contact for the Clients assigned in what concerns the overall relationship with BP2S (communication in and out)
  • Be part of the escalation process for Clients in respect of BP2S service delivery issues, e.g. at the point at which the issue becomes a threat to the relationship
  • Organize an effective team work with his / her Client Services Manager (CSM) and work alongside Relationship Management to deliver a consistent and professional image of our service and department
  • Actively identify cross selling opportunities and contribute to the Sales effort by identifying new business opportunities in or outside the Client base
  • Your profile

  • University degree or equivalent in accounting, banking, business administration
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience minimum in the securities services business (fund administration, transfer agency, custody, middle / back-
  • office of an investment manager or an investment bank)

  • Experience in Private Equity & Real Estate or Debt Funds would be an advantage
  • Successful experience in client relationship management
  • Strong relationship skills, communication aptitudes and client-driven
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Autonomy, displaying initiative and good team spirit
  • German native speaker; any other language (French, English, Italian, Spanish,) would be an advantage
