Job Details & Key Attributes ArcelorMittal Flat Products is currently engaged in a business transformation program across Europe in order to strengthen its competitive position in the steel market.

This business transformation leverages digitalization in all domains : sales, supply chain, industrial operations, procurement, finance and human resources.

Most projects involve transformation, change management and digitalization. For CMO digitalization means development of new services for ArcelorMittal Flat Products customers, development of mobile applications, build of a new customer portal and development of new tools for the sales forces.

As Digital Transformation CRM Analyst you conduct CRM projects. Member of the CRM team, a Competence Center within IT Commercial, your roles and responsibilities are : ·Gather business needs·Analyze business activities·Establish IT specifications·Develop new CRM applications / functionalities·Enhance existing CRM applications / functionalities·Resolve application issues·Perform user support You are involved in all stages of application development.

Your strong analytical skills allow you to provide feedback.You ensure efficient and effective utilization of salesforce.
