We are currently looking to recruit in our Human Resourcesteam a :

TheCompensation & Benefits Senior member oversees the administration of thecompensation and benefits plans, and implements new and revised programs,policies.

The role is also in charge of overseeing, managing and controllingthe payroll process.

Yourresponsibilities :

  • Managethe payroll process and perform the control function thereof.
  • Supervisethe employee administration activities.
  • Providemonthly HR statistics and statutory reporting.
  • Ensureglobal compensation guidelines are aligned to comply with local and legalrequirements.
  • Developand maintain relationship with external providers and administrative bodies such as payroll providers, pensionscheme administrator, social security
  • Performvendor management through reviewing reports, conducting performance meetingsand ensuring compliance with plan set up.
  • Participatein budget allocation of benefit plans.
  • Serveas a subject matter expert to the HR Director and the SL leaders.
  • Participantin relevant ad-hoc projects as appropriate.
  • Your profile :

  • Master’sdegree in human resources or related field.
  • 4-6years HR experience in the field of Benefits & Compensation, payroll orrelated field.
  • Bebilingual English-French. Any additional language will be considered as anasset.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and management system software.
  • Abilityto work towards deadlines.
  • Benumerate and possess mathematical aptitude.
  • Knowledgeof economic principles and reporting of financial data.
  • Goodprocess driver skills.
  • Goodknowledge of Luxembourg labor law, social security and tax matters.
  • Savvyin the manipulation of statistical data and reporting tools.
  • Excellentknowledge in excel.
