New client acquisition and advice with the aim of developing business flows with banking institutions (internationally) and insurance companies(proprietary assets -
in Luxembourg predominantly) via acquisition of new and extension of existing business relationships
Participate in specific focus on thook Global markets (GM) activities :
Fund intermediation and ancillary services
Precious metals intermediation and ancillary services
Dedicated and tailor-made structured product offer
Responsibility for executing an active and proactive business development policy decided by hierarchy towards an international prospect base of banking institutions and insurance companies for the above services with a specific focus towards smaller to medium-
sized actors predominantly active in private banking and wealth management services
Prospection and active hunting of potential clients
Participate in the realization of market studies and prospect analyses with a view to research their potential for the achievement of above objectives and to continuously look for opportunities to expand and enrich our commercial offer based on the the services offer provided by the full WM Services value chain
Responsible for the remittance of services offers including pricing subject to validation by hierarchy
Follow-up of the banking and insurance clients as well as prospects queries (complaints, information requests, services offers) including the services offer of new yet untapped activities / services needs (including to clients already somehow in contact with KBL Luxembourg)
Assistance to CRMs of GIPS / GM in relation to the follow-up of existing clients
University Master in Economics, Management / Business Schools (sciences commerciales et financières), Law, Marketing
Minimum 2 years in a similar job and 5 years experience in the financial sector (of which at least a part in the Financial Markets environment)
Proven successful hunting record.
Strong knowledge in PC usage & MS Office.
Advanced knowledge of a datawarehouse software, ideally Business Object.
Financial instrument, financial markets and banking products in general and services and products offered by the different KBLepb competence extended knowledge in centres in particular, including subsidiaries.
Strong knowledge in Luxembourg and international Private Banking / WM Industry with an emphasis on securities services.
Solid basic knowledge on investment funds and other investment structures.
Capacity to recognize new trends and opportunities for KBL Luxembourg and its BD entity.
Ease and competence in negotiations (with clients and internally).
Ability to work under time constraints.
Fluent in at least 2 languages, ideally between French, English and German but all other language will be considered as a plus
