We are looking for an Assistant / Administrative to join our Compliance team and support our development.

Our Compliance team is part of our regulated entity, acting as Specialised PFS, which is serving the Luxembourg fund industry.


Depending on your experience, you will :

  • Scanning, filing and archiving documents
  • Updating the databases
  • Assisting other employees in the daily work
  • Assisting in invoicing
  • Managing the accesses of the staff via internal systems
  • Other administrative tasks

  • Secondary school diploma / advanced technician’s certificate (DAP / CATP / BAC)
  • Looking for a first experience in administration
  • Good writing skills
  • Fluent in French and German, English knowledge
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, structured and effective manner
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
