What is the opportunity?

As Senior Manager Client Change you will be responsible to lead a team of Client Change Analysts.

The Analysts team are responsible to manage client change requests from the gathering of client requirements through the production of business requirements and approval of the solution and cost with client and business and T&O stakeholders, until the coordination of the testing and the ultimate delivery of the initiative within the agreed timeline and budget.

What will you do?

  • Manage capacity, workload allocation, performance & development
  • Ensure execution and delivery on all client change activities / Be accountable for client satisfaction around change activity
  • Represent Client Change & Onboarding function in front of all local stakeholders
  • Present Client Change & Onboarding roles & responsibilities at client prospect pitches
  • Ensure all local, regional & global reporting is fully complete, concise with clearly documented next steps, owners & target dates
  • Development of individuals using candid & timely feedback and creating a supportive environment to grow & stretch the team
  • Provision of clear and measurable objectives, supporting the team to innovate, share ideas and enable change to achieve the objectives
  • Lead by example, embrace change guide your team to adapt & grow, be honest speak up, build strong & enduring partnerships across the business
  • Must-have

  • Knowledge of Administration and Custody services & products
  • Ability to leverage RBC network to navigate the organization and achieve positive outcomes
  • Experienced people manager
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Nice-to-have

  • Organizational & time management skills
  • Issues escalation and resolution skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • German or Italian skills in addition to French and English will be considered an asset
