As part of its expansion, WEALINS is seeking a :

As Sales Support Officer - Nordic Desk you will report to the Head of Sales Support. You will work mainly with the Country Managers of the Nordic desk (Sweden, Finland and Norway) and also be an active member of the Sales Support Team.

Main Objectives :

  • Global management of the relationship with the Country Managers (mainly of the Nordic desk) and with the partners of WEALINS, to expand the business network in the Nordic regions and the business volume of the company,
  • Coordination of the interactions in order to put in place new partnership agreements,
  • Monitoring and following new subscriptions files.
  • Main accountabilities :

  • Maintain close relationship with new and existing partners and satisfy business partners by answering their various requests : product information, pricing, marketing material, etc,
  • Train and educate the Partners of WEALINS regarding our products and services,
  • Monitor and ensure the completeness and the subscription files (AML, KYC, Safewatch, Factiva and Internet researches),
  • Prepare the sales materials for prospects and partners (subscription kit, PPT presentation, etc.); develop, together with the support of Marketing, new sales supporting material (flyers, PPT, etc.),
  • Initiate and follow the setting up of new partnership agreements by respecting the process and procedures in place,
  • Ensure effective coordination and information flows between different departments of the company; assist the Country Managers in the search / development of solutions for existing partners,
  • Co-ordinate and assist to solve issues with new and existing partners concerning Legal, Compliance, Administrative, Product and Marketing aspects.
  • Your profile :

  • You have a university-level degree (Master or equivalent), preferably financially oriented,
  • You have an experience of three years in financial services (ideally, experience in life insurance business),
  • You have excellent organizational and commercial skills,
  • You are dynamic, flexible, autonomous and results oriented,
  • You are particularly effective in a team,
  • You have a good command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
  • You have an excellent command of Swedish and English. Any other language like Finnish or Norwegian would be an advantage.
